Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your MIRAEL brushes. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email us at miraelmakeup@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will send you return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case MIRAEL covers the return shipping.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
No restocking fees - ever.
